We accept Visa, Master card, or check.
Shipment
We ship via UPS ground service only, our shipments are always insured.
Freight charge
Under $100.00, Alaska, Hawaii, Freight on Buyer.
Over $100.00, Freight Credit $8.00 on Each $100.00 Purchase. Freight Service is limited to ground service only. The customer will be charge Extra freight fees for special shipment service (3days, 2days, etc.)
How long will the shipment take?
We ship by UPS ground service; it usually takes 5 to 8 working days but not guaranteed.
Can merchandise be sent to a third party?
Yes, but only in the U.S.A.
If we are not satisfied with the products what can we do?
Our products are guaranteed for 30 days after you have received, if you are unsatisfied, you can return it for a credit upon our retrieval of the product. Return freight charge is at your own expense.
If we do not receive the products by the estimated delivery date what can we do?
UPS does not guarantee delivery date for ground service, if you do not want the products, you can refuse to accept, and refusing to accept will result in a credit upon our retrieval of the products.
If the package gets lost during the shipping process what can we do?
All of our shipments are insured, UPS will be responsible for the lost products.
